Project Details
Description
Anima Mentis describes a research collaboration among experts in the field of mental health. Its primary goal is to strengthen mental performance and enhance quality of life sustainably. For each client, an individualized mental fitness plan is developed in collaboration with experts, incorporating a range of applications. PMU developed all Anima Mentis applications based on scientific studies in the field of mental health. Examples include multisensory colour light and bright light therapy, virtual reality and nature experiences, cycling and yoga, as well as Snoezelen (sensory stimulation therapy).
The Anima Mentis pilot study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Anima Mentis and its applications. PMU investigates changes across various aspects of mental health, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and well-being. In addition, the study examines whether improvements in mental resilience can be sustained over time.
