Kooperation Uniklinikum (ANIA)

The first part of ANIA is aimed to give an overview of literature concerning competencies and qualifications of Advanced Nursing Practitioners working in Intensive Care and/or Anaesthesia on an international level. Subsequently a mixed methods approach consisting of individual interviews and questionnaires should provide gathered information on qualifications and tasks already being carried out by Registered Nurses working on ICUs or in Anaesthesia at the University Hospital Salzburg, Austria. The overall aim should be to combine the assessed literature and empirical data in order to give an overview of the academic contents that could serve as background for future ANP Programs in Intensive Care and Anaesthesia at PMU.
